According to these new Walmart ads, New Moon comes out today. I am slightly amused at the way in which they tried to tempt us to go out at midnight and buy the movie. The commercials show two tween looking girls sitting next to their mother on the couch crying, as one girl mouths, "I love you" along with the movie. Is Walmart trying to say, this could be you? You could be so lucky to be home on a Saturday night with your mother, watching New Moon on the couch and crying?
I, personally, think they may have been using this as a warning. Do not go buy Twilight, because you will look like a bigger douche bag than these three twats. Thank you, Walmart. Warning heeded.
